Directions: At the first sign of cold, take 2 capsules three times daily for day 1, 2 and 3, then 1 capsule three times daily for day 4 and 5. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For use beyond 8 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
