What do the pouches look like?
Each pouch is small and easy to tear. It lists the date, time, and medications inside, so you know what to take and when.
Can I choose how often it is delivered?
Yes. You can choose weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks, depending on your medication schedule and needs.
What happens if my medications change?
Contact our pharmacy team. We will review the change and update your next batch. If the change is urgent, the updated medication might be sent separately so you do not miss a dose.
Can Mednow work with my prescriber?
Yes. Your prescriber can send prescriptions directly to Mednow, and our pharmacy team can help coordinate renewals and refills.
Can vitamins or over-the-counter products be included?
Some products may be suitable for packing. A pharmacist will review each item for safety and packaging suitability.
What if I am travelling or need extra medication?
Let us know as early as possible. Our team can review your medication supply and help plan for your trip.
