Shipping
Mednow Pharmacy offers next-day shipping in the Greater Toronto Area, Greater Vancouver Area, and Halifax Regional Municipality (GTA/GVA/HRM). Shipping outside the GTA, GVA, or HRM will take three to five business days. In rare cases when a medication is not immediately available, we will contact you with a delivery timeline. If your order is urgent, please let us know.
Prescription medications are delivered free. Non-prescription medications and other pharmacy items are delivered free when accompanying a prescription order.
Unaccompanied, non-prescription medications and other pharmacy items ship free if your order total exceeds $50.
Return policy
We’re not happy until you are.
Pharmacy regulations state that we are not able to accept returns on prescribed medications. If there has been a mistake with your prescription order, please let us know and we will correct it right away.
For non-prescription purchases, please submit a return request to return the unopened package for a refund.
If something you’ve purchased from Mednow Pharmacy doesn’t meet your expectations, please tell us and we’ll make it right.
