How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return. You will get a confirmation email and a customer success team member will reach out to you with further steps.

What items are returnable?

Regulations state that we are not able to accept returns on prescribed medications. If there has been a mistake with your prescription order, please let us know and we will correct it right away. Over the counter medication can be returned for a refund or exchange. They must be in original condition, original packaging, and unopened. In the event your product has been opened, please submit a return request anyway and state that your product is open. We will review your request on a case by case basis.

Are there any charges for a return?

All returns are free of charge!

How soon will I get my refund?

We receive your return we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 business days.
