- Your SMHeartCard NitroStat Refill pills will arrive in a special glass bottle with a special protective cap to keep your pills effective.
- Open the NTG cap and remove the old pills. Place the card flat on a table and gently tap the three pills into the pill pockets.
- Make sure they are flat. Replace the cap.
- Turn the card over and circle the month and year. You will need to replace the pills, six months ahead. Your SMHeartCard is charged for another six months!
