Why did Mednow redesign the app?
We redesigned the Mednow app to make it simple and intuitive to use based on feedback from Mednow customers. With the new Mednow app you can:
- Easily manage medications and appointments
- Refill your active prescriptions within a couple of clicks
- Instantly talk to your Mednow pharmacist during pharmacy hours via chat or phone
- A new look and feel that we’re pretty proud of
You can still expect the same quality of service you receive from our pharmacy team today
What’s happening to the old Mednow app?
The old Mednow app will be removed and become inaccessible in Q2 2022. You will no longer be able to access it or use it to manage your prescriptions. Please download the new Mednow app on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or use your Chrome/Safari browser to access the web app to continue using Mednow’s services.
I used the old Mednow app, what will happen to my data?
Your prescription information is on file at Mednow and will be accessible to you after creating a new Mednow account in the new app.
Mednow will be deleting all personal information; including personal health information of users, from the old application by December 2022.

Can I migrate my existing Mednow account to the new app?
How can I get started with the new app?
With the new app we allow you to create a Mednow account using your email, signing up with your Google account, or signing up with your Apple account. For the most seamless experience, we recommend signing up with your Google or Apple account.
