Directions: Chew until you start tasting a strong nicotine flavour. Let the gum rest between your cheek and gums until the taste fades. Start chewing the gum again until a strong taste is noticed. Repeat the process for about 30 minutes.
For best results, it is important to use THRIVE Complete gum properly. Taking breaks between chewing is essential. If more nicotine is released than your mouth can absorb, you’ll end up swallowing it and not feel the effects. Please read and follow the instructions in the box carefully.
