Medicinal Ingredients: Vitamin C and E, Zinc and Copper, 94mg fish oil (source of omega-3 fatty acids), 240 mg DHA/360 mg EPA, Natural triglyceride-based fish oil, 10mg of Lutein, 2mg of Zeaxanthin.
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Yellow Wax, Soybean Oil, Soy Lecithin, Gelatin, Glycerin, Iron Oxide Red, Iron Oxide Black, Titanium Dioxide.
Directions: Adults: Take 1 softgel capsule 3 times daily with meal containing oil/fat, or as directed by a health care practitoiner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects for dry eyes.
